TNM opens new flagship shop in Salima
As one way of fulfilling its goals of ensuring wide coverage, Premier mobile network and ICT service provider, TNM has the officially opened a new flagship shop in Salima.
The Salima shop is one of 26vflagship shops that TNM has opened this year across the country in a bid to bring its product and services closer to its customers.
Speaking during the official opening TNM‘s Managing Executive for Regional Operations Phyllis Manguluti said the opening of the Salima demonstrates company’s commitment towards responding the needs of its customers.
“The new shop provides more space and therefore increases our customer care touch points. We are always thriving to improve the customer experience through provision of a customer-friendly and centric environment by bringing services closer to our valued customers,” said Manguluti.
She said the shop will support the activities of Salima and reaffirmed company’s commitment to provide quality services that respond the needs of its customers.
“Salima is strategically located in central region. It is a busy tourist destination bustling with local and international travelers and we believe this will support our customers who require communications at all time,” she said
In his remarks, Senior Chief Kalonga hailed TNM for the timely business decision to set shop in Salima
People of Salima will no longer have to travel to Lilongwe to access the services hence reducing cost of doing business,” said Karonga.
TNM has recently commissioned 27 new network sites in the lakeshore districts of Salima and Mangochi as one way of contributing to growth of the country’s tourism sector.
Services available at the shop include all Mpamba transactions, sim card replacements, airtime purchases, general inquiries and other TNM related services. The other shops have been opened in Blantyre, Zomba, Balaka Nchalo, Lilongwe, Ntcheu,Kasungu,Mangochi,Mzimba and Mzuzu among others.
