Drama as fan is seen peeing on the goalposts

Wanderers’ reserve goalkeepers Valence Kamzere and Nenani Juwaya stepped onto the pitch to do warm-up exercises.

As they performed the exercises, one of the goalkeepers was seen dumping an unknown object on the goal the Moyale Barracks were to defend in the last half.

As the goalkeepers left, a Moyale fan dashed to the goal area from the stands and pulled out the unknown object.

Moments later, three Wanderers’ fans including a lady ran towards the opposite the goal area before one of them urinated on the goal post in full view of the crowd.

The three fans ran away towards the empty stands after performing their act.

Commenting on the development, Football Association of Malawi competitions manager Gomezgani Zakazaka said the association would wait for reports from the match stewart’s, the police and the match commissioner before taking the necessary measures.

“The referees did not see the incident because they were in the dressing room but we will rely on reports from the match stewarts, police and the match commissioner,” said Zakazaka.
