Giddes to perfom as Kachere of ‘Edgar & Davis’ Band to tie knot with sweetheart Isabella Mandambwe

Musician-cum-lawyer Edgar Kachere of the ‘Edgar & Davis’ Band is this Saturday 26 November 2016 expected to tie the knot and go into holy matrimony with his sweetheart Isabella Mandambwe.

According to the organizing committee, the officiation will take place at St. Patricks Catholic Church in Area 18 and thereafter a reception at the Bingu International Conference Centre (BICC) in Lilongwe.

Kachere’s long time friend and co-band owner Davis Njobvu will be the best man.

The duo who are also famously called ‘Onyamata Ozelezeka’ are expected to perform at the wedding to spice up the event.

Veteran musician who has also been part of the Edgar and Davis Band,  Giddes Chalamanda will be in attendance with a live perfomance.

Chalamanda went on to express his gratitude towards Edgar and Isabbela’s gesture through the social media.

He said: “Praise God! My grandson Edgar Kachere and his love Isabella Mandambwe have made me their grandfather proud”.

“I have already ordered my wedding suit from Indiana, USA” added  the 85 year old Chalamanda who in June this year accomplished his dream of over four decades to visit United States of America (U.S.A) with assistance from Edgar and Davis and other wll wishers.
