Malawi Queens set for England test matches Dec 17, 20
President of the Netball Association of Malawi (NAM) Rosy Chinunda said in an interview that Malawi Queens have been assured that will have their UK visas approved in time to face England in the second Test next Wednesday December 17 in London.

Malawi Queens were scheduled to depart Lilongwe for London on Wednesday to begin a three-match international series against England in Liverpool this Sunday, but failed to receive their visas in time to travel for the fixture.
Chinunda said the squad will leave on Sunday as visas have been submitted electronically with no rejections and should be endorsed by Friday.
“We are going to play the two test matches and give fans good entertainment,” Chinunda said.
Malawi Queens will face England at London’s Copper Box Arena on December 17 in a match that has been sold out.
The next and final game will be on December 20 at Worcester Arena.
Chinunda said Malawi’s netball export to New Zealand, shooter Mwawi Kumwenda will not be part of the squad travelling to England.
She said the England test series will be “an opportunity for others to get the international exposure.”
According to general secretary Carol Bapu, the squad is as follows: Goal shooters: Sherat Kaiche (MTL Queens); Sindi Simtowe and Lorraine Ngwira (Complex Tigresses); Jane Chimaliro (Civo) and Mary Banya (Blue Eagles); Attackers: Grace Chazungulira (Diamonds); Martha Dambo and Thandi Galeta (MTL Queens); Beatrice Mpinganjira and Catharine Yikangwa (Complex Tigresses); Rose Nkanda and Takondwa Luwazi (Civonets).
Towela Vinkhumbo, Caroline Mtukule-Ngwira (Diamonds); Ester Katungwe and Beauty Nyangula (Civonets); Grace Mwafulirwa (Complex Tigresses) and Joana Kachilika from MTL Queens.
Coach is Mary Waya and Connis Mhone is her assistant. Team doctor is Junia Kazembe while team manager is Jane Kachali. NAM president Rosy Chinunda (who will be leader of delegation) and general secretary Carol Bapu complete the list of officials that will accompany the team to England.
