Takula Day Care & Nursery will carter for children aged 0 to 5 years.
Proprietor of Takula Day Care & Nursery, Doreen Chithambo said in an interview with Nyasa Times that she decided to open the school to offer choices of Day Care and nursery school in the commercial city and promote early childhood development.
“We are situated in Njamba near MBC TV Kwacha studios and we have lots of toys and the home environment is great for kids. It is important that we support and promote early childhood development so that kids should do well when they are in primary school and develop further in secondary and college,” said Chithambo.
She said they have two experienced teachers who love kids and one of whom retired from St Andrews International High School in Blantyre.
“Our school follows the UK day Care & Nursery syllabus and I have spent the last four years assisting different nursery schools in the UK and I fully understand how to create a great learning environment for kids,” said Chithambo.
She also said Takula also offer solutions for busy families with tight work schedules as they can leave their kids at the school from as early as 7am and collect them later as late as 6pm.
“We are in a secure place and our fees are very reasonable and places are still available,” said Chithambo who said can be reached on 0997055153 or email [email protected] for further enrolment details
