Starsat beaming more local channels
People in the country will now have a wider choice of viewing local content, thanks to Starsat Malawi for introducing three more channels on their decoders.
Before, there was no local content for over the 95 channels Starsat offers, but now Zodiak TV, MBC TV and Times TV can be accessed.
According to Starsat Malawi sales marketing manager, Schlosser Msubango, the innovation is to enable Malawians have a variety.
“We tried to add a number of local channels after consultations with our customers. As a company, we always try as much as possible to do what our customers want,” said Msubango.
Msubango said Malawians should expect more local channels on Starsat.
Starsat decoders are available in leading shops across the country, and there are no geographical barriers regarding one’s location.
“There no geographical barrier with Starsat decoders. It is viewable in all the districts across the country and we have programs which suit all ages including entertainment, games, kid’s cartoons, World news and many others,” he added.
Starsat decoders sell for K 13 500 with a free subscription for one month.
ZUKU TV beams Zodiak, Times, MBC, Joy, Luso and Beta and many other channels plus beaming AFCON LIVE
Thanks for achievements. I would like to request your management to include the remaining channels like LUSO, BETA TV AND HOPE TV. I would wish of you to negotiate with DSTV to put super sport because we were suggesting that, we are going to watch AFCON but nothing. Please consider our views.
Thank youo.
The article is very misleading and there is no news at all. I started watching MBC, Zodiak and Times TV on Starsat in June last year. When I looked at the title, the impression I had was maybe they have added new channels which is not the case.
Zakaleksle izi. the started beaming MBC, Zodiak, Times long time ago.
Koma they are =to 0 if they can’t beam AFCON and World Cup. Beam these if want to survive on market.
Macra ask starsat why amadula ndi MBC yomwe ukapanda kulipira.
Luso tv, Beta tv and Joy tv
