Two killed in Ntcheu road accident, victims not yet identified

Two unknown people, a girl believed to be between 11 and 13 years old and a man aged between 50 and 55 years old have died this afternoon while seven others sustained minor injuries after the vehicle they were travelling in overturned at Kanyimbo village along Dedza- Ntcheu M1road.
Police have confirmed the incident and have sice appealed to the general public to crosscheck with their office in the district to help identify the deceased.
Seven people sustained minor injuries  and were rushed to Ntcheu District Hospital where they are receiving medical attention and the dead bodies are being kept at Ntcheu District Hospital Mortuary waiting for identification.
According to police, the man is black in complexion and was in yellow top with black trouser and shoes while the girl is light in complexion with slim body.
Meanwhile  police are reminding motorists that it is a crime punishable by law to carry passengers using  pickup vehicles.
